Gingerbread cookies with royal icing and edible glitter

Lemon Meringue-Lemon ricotta cupcake, lemon curd filling and meringue frosting
Lime Coconut- Coconut cupcake with lime curd filling (can substitute lemon, raspberry, or mango curd) topped with coconut cream cheese frosting
Cookies and Cream- Oreo cream cupcake with cream frosting sprinkled with crushed oreos
Mint Cookies and Cream- Oreo cream cupcake with mint oreo buttercream sprinkled with crushed oreos
Chocolate Raspberry- Chocolate cupcake filled with raspberry curd, topped with whipped chocolate ganache
